I won 3rd place at the Bon Air Artists Members Exhibition with my painting of the men fishing at the pond on the farm"10$ Pond"!! I had my work up at Art in the Garden-they want me to return next year and promise I will something then!!We'll see! I was going to name the bluebird painting "The frailty of life" but Jonathan suggested "Composition in Blue and Orange" -which is what it is-poor bird hit my window and fell onto the magnolia leaves-so of course I ran and got my camera because it was so beautiful-and so perfect against the orange leaves!
